Metrology & Measurement: Excellent skill with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and the use of precision inspection tools.
Analytical Interpretation: Outstanding proficiency in statistical charting (Pareto, Control Charts), hypothesis testing, and data-driven problem solving.
Auditing Confidence: Formal training in conducting objective, compliance-focused QMS system and process audits.
Cross-Functional Communication: The capacity to communicate technical risk assessments to clients and executive leadership while elucidating quality constraints to operators.
Strong professional integrity to halt production lines when safety or quality is jeopardized or to place holds on non-conforming batches are examples of assertive decision-making.
