Responsibilities:
Written Correspondence: Respond accurately and professionally to a large number of incoming customer inquiries by email, web tickets, or live chat.
Resolution Management: Without requiring verbal communication, analyze client concerns, solve issues, and deliver step-by-step solutions or progress updates.
Back-Office Support: Carry out data-focused duties such processing orders, verifying documents, or updating accounts in response to client demands.
SLA Compliance: Make sure all inquiries are answered within the specified "Turnaround Time" (TAT) and satisfy quality standards for technical accuracy and grammar.
Multi-Chat Handling: Efficiently oversee two to three live chat sessions at once, keeping each one active and moving quickly.
Escalation Management: Determine which complicated instances call for supervisor intervention and, using thorough notes, direct them through the appropriate internal channels.

Required Skills:
Excellent written English (or the required language) with flawless grammar, punctuation, and a polished tone is considered exceptional writing.
Typing Proficiency: Accurate, fast typing (at least 30–40 WPM) is necessary to guarantee real-time responsiveness in chat settings.
The ability to read "between the lines" of a customer's written message in order to determine the underlying reason of a problem is known as analytical ability.
Multi-tasking: The capacity to manage several databases and software screens while carrying on a cohesive dialogue with a client.
The ability to precisely follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and make sure that no data is overlooked during processing is known as attention to detail.
