Your Duties:
Data Input: Use keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners to transfer data from digital documents, audio files, or paper forms into computer files or database systems.
Quality Control: Check data accuracy by comparing it to original documents and promptly fixing any mistakes or inconsistencies found.
Database maintenance involves updating current data records and removing out-of-date information to maintain the database's status as a "single source of truth."
Record management: To provide a transparent physical and digital audit trail, arrange and file original source documents following entry.
Batch processing: Manage massive amounts of data in a timely manner while making sure that daily "quotas" or processing goals are fulfilled.
Confidentiality: Follow stringent data security guidelines to prevent unwanted access to private corporate and client data.
