Database management: Provide accurate call results, customer feedback, and follow-up dates to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Product Knowledge: To effectively respond to client inquiries, stay up to date on the features, advantages, and costs of the company's offers.
Persuasive Communication: Adapt the tone and strategy to establish rapport with various caller types while using approved scripts to steer talks.
Follow-up Coordination: To promote recurring business or service renewals, make frequent follow-up calls to undecided leads or current clients.
