Your Duties:
In-Process Inspection: Verify that parts match the authorized master sample by conducting hourly shop-floor audits and routine "First-Off" and "Last-Off" inspections.
Defect Identification: Examine components visually for molding-specific flaws such as jetting, flash, flow lines, warping, sink marks, and silver streaks.
Dimensional Verification: Check important dimensions against engineering drawings using precision tools including Vernier calipers, micrometers, and Go/No-Go gauges.
Boundary Sample Management: To establish consistent pass/fail judgments based on subjective aesthetic criteria (texture, color, and finish), keep "Limit Samples" up to date.
Color Matching: Verify that batches match the designated master batch by performing color consistency checks under standardized lighting (Light Box).
Reporting & Documentation: Enter non-conformance reports (NCR), reject counts, and daily inspection data into the quality management system.
