Blueprint Interpretation: To comprehend joint configurations and weld sizes, read and interpret technical drawings, symbols, and welding blueprints.
Surface Preparation: To guarantee deep penetration and no contamination, clean, grind, bevel, and remove scale or rust from metal surfaces before welding.
Equipment Setup: Depending on the kind and thickness of the material, set up and modify the welding equipment' current, voltage, and electrode selection.
Clamping and Tacking: To guarantee correct alignment and dimensional precision prior to the final pass, secure metal components in place using clamps, jigs, and tack welds.
Weld Inspection: Examine completed welds visually to find and fix flaws such porosity, undercut, slag inclusions, or fractures.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI/ Diploma Graduation
