Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee and carry out the on-site installation of new manufacturing equipment, making sure that the wiring, alignment, and interface with current client systems are done correctly.
Preventative Maintenance: To avoid unplanned malfunctions, schedule service visits to carry out health inspections, lubrication, part replacements, and software upgrades.
Emergency Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to quickly discover and fix the underlying causes of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults in response to client "Machine Down" calls.
Customer Training: Teach client operators and maintenance staff how to operate the machinery safely, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety procedures.
Feedback Loop: To inform future product enhancements, give the R&D and manufacturing teams thorough service reports about persistent field problems.
Spare Parts Management: Determine which spare parts are needed for repairs, estimate costs, and oversee the logistics of getting the components to the customer's location.
Warranty Management: Assess warranty claims in-person to ascertain if malfunctions are the result of human mistake or manufacturing flaws.
Developing Relationships: Serve as a consultant to clients, recommending improvements, repairs, or service agreements that increase their productivity.
