Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Keep an eye on the daily maintenance of the office space, making sure all utilities are operational and the workspace is kept tidy and professional.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain connections with outside service suppliers and work out agreements to guarantee affordable services.
Inventory & Procurement: Keep an eye on pantry stock and office supplies; oversee the procurement procedure from placing purchase orders to confirming deliveries.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange for executives' and workers' travel, including booking flights, lodging, processing visas, and local transportation.
Asset Management: Keep a current inventory of the company's assets and supervise any necessary upkeep or repairs.
Front-Desk Oversight: Manage incoming calls, visitor logs, mail and parcel distribution, and make sure the welcome space matches the company's brand.
Event Coordination: Help plan workshops, corporate gatherings, internal meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
