Who you are:
Using dial indicators, install and position vices, modular fixtures, or customized jigs on the VMC table to guarantee perfect parallelism and squareness. Put cutting instruments in the proper holders before loading them into the Automatic Tool Changer. To confirm tool routes and prevent collisions, retrieve NC programs from the server or DNC system and carry out a "Single Block" dry run. Before starting mass production, run the first portion of a batch, conduct a thorough dimensional inspection, and get the quality department's permission. To maximize surface smoothness and prolong tool life during initial setup, modify coolant flow and cutting settings. Determine and fix problems such dimensional drift, tool clatter, and chip evacuation.
