Job Description
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Machine Setup: To guarantee perfect parallelism and squareness, install and align vices, modular fixtures, or specialized jigs on the VMC table using dial indications.
Cutting tools should be assembled into the proper holders before being loaded into the Automatic Tool Changer.
Programloading: To confirm tool routes and prevent collisions, retrieve NC programs from the server or DNC system and run a "Single Block" dry run.
First-Article Production: Before starting mass production, run the first portion of a batch, carry out a thorough dimensional examination, and get clearance from the quality department.
Process tuning: During initial setup, modify coolant flow and cutting settings (speeds and feeds) to maximize surface polish and prolong tool life.
Troubleshooting: Find and fix problems like chip evacuation, dimensional drift, or tool clatter.
