Responsibilities:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out strict PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedules and make use of predictive tools to identify problems before they arise.
Breakdown Resolution: In the event of a critical equipment failure, oversee the rapid-response team and carry out in-depth diagnostics to promptly and safely resume production.
Root Cause Analysis: To adopt long-term engineering solutions, conduct formal investigations into recurrent equipment failures utilizing Fishbone analysis or 5-Why.
Spare Parts Management: To guarantee part availability and reduce working capital, optimize the inventory of essential spares using "Min-Max" levels.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of plant utilities, such as water treatment facilities, boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and power distribution.
Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Encourage production operators to perform independent maintenance chores in order to enhance machine health.
Required Skills:
Multidisciplinary Expertise: Excellent knowledge of electrical (PLCs, VFDs, motors) and mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes) systems.
Diagnostic Proficiency: The capacity to quickly troubleshoot complicated hydraulic circuits, electrical SLDs, and ladder logic diagrams.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Proficiency with maintenance KPIs like MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Project management: The capacity to organize and carry out "Shutdown Maintenance" initiatives within strict financial and schedule constraints.
Physical and Mental Resilience: The ability to operate under pressure and respond to emergency calls on weekends or after hours.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
