Injection Moulding Operator for Setup & Monitoring
Job Description
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Machine Operation: Make sure injection molding machines are operating at the ideal parameters set by the setting professionals by starting, stopping, and monitoring them.
Material Loading: Keep an eye on and replenish hoppers with the appropriate color masterbatches and plastic resins (PP, ABS, nylon, etc.) to prevent cross-contamination.
Part Extraction: To prevent component damage, either manually or semi-automatically remove completed parts from the molds or oversee robotic extraction systems.
Secondary Operations: Complete post-molding operations such as precisely degating parts and trimming "flash" or "runners" with specialized cutting equipment.
Visual Quality Control: Perform ongoing visual inspections to quickly spot flaws like burn marks, sink marks, silver streaks, and short shots.
Safety Protocol: Strictly follow safety regulations, such as using safety gates, emergency stops, and appropriate personal protective equipment.
