Component Integration: Manually assemble components, subassemblies, or completed goods in accordance with a specified Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Tool Operation: Make use of a range of power and manual instruments, such as torque wrenches, soldering irons, pneumatic screwdrivers, and specialty presses.
Technical Interpretation: To guarantee proper part placement, read and adhere to fundamental assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, or work instructions.
Quality Verification: To find flaws or misalignments throughout the assembly process, do visual inspections and simple functional tests.
Line Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance on designated tools and fixtures and keep your workspace tidy and orderly in accordance with 5S standards.
Material Management: To avoid production downtime, keep an eye on inventory levels at the workstation and notify the supervisor of any shortfalls.
Focus Skills:
Excellent hand-eye coordination and the capacity to handle small, fragile parts or complete repetitive activities quickly are examples of manual dexterity.
Technical literacy is the fundamental capacity to comprehend basic mechanical or electrical assembly schematics and read measurements.
