Your Duties:
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, and working with department heads to make the final decision.
Onboarding & Orientation: Create and carry out a warm onboarding process for new employees, making sure that all paperwork, IT resources, and cultural orientations are finished on the first day.
Payroll and Attendance Management: To guarantee correct and prompt monthly payroll processing, keep track of daily attendance, maintain leave records, and collaborate with the finance team.
Employee Engagement: Plan team-building exercises, internal events, and "Town Halls" to raise spirits and promote a welcoming, happy work environment.
Policy Implementation: Help create, revise, and enforce the Employee Handbook and corporate policies in accordance with regional labor regulations.
