Duties:
In-Process & Final Inspection: You will transform technical blueprints into useful "checkpoints," ensuring that each batch satisfies all functional and dimensional requirements.
Precision Measurement: To measure the accuracy of our most intricate items, you will operate sophisticated equipment, such as digital micrometers and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
First-Off Validation: For new production runs, you will oversee the "First-Article Inspection" (FAI), granting the "Green Light" only when the procedure is flawlessly executed.
Defect Segregation: You will oversee the "Red Bin" procedure, making sure that any non-conforming material is separated, labeled, and examined to keep it from getting to the client.
Gauge Calibration: You will be in charge of the "Health" of our measuring equipment, making sure that all of the factory's scales, calipers, and sensors are NIST-traceable and 100% accurate.

Focus Skills:
Blueprint Mastery: The capacity to comprehend GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and decipher intricate engineering drawings.
Instrument Proficiency: Practical knowledge of CMM, VMM, height gauges, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers.
Technical analysis: The capacity to recognize typical manufacturing flaws (such as burrs, cracks, or porosity) and connect them to particular machine problems.
Documentation Rigor: A methodical technique to preserving "Material Test Certificates" (MTC) and "Inspection Reports" for complete traceability.
