Data management and entry: Correctly enter, update, and keep records in the ERP or CRM system.
Documentation processing includes the sorting, verification, and archiving of both digital and physical documents, including contracts, employment records, and invoices.
Reporting & Analysis: Use MS Excel to create daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports for management by extracting raw data from internal systems.
Order and Inventory Support: Track shipments, execute purchase orders, and update inventory levels to help the sales or logistics staff.
Financial Support: Carry out routine bookkeeping duties, such as confirming expense reports, balancing bank accounts, and helping with accounts payable and receivable.
Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact for information gathering, memo distribution, internal meetings, and travel arrangements amongst various departments.
