Responsibilities:
QMS Implementation: Make sure all documentation is audit-ready and help maintain and update ISO standards.
Process Auditing: To find non-conformities and guarantee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct routine internal audits of the production floor.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): To address recurrent flaws, spearhead "Corrective and Preventive Action" (CAPA) projects utilizing techniques like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagrams.
Supplier Quality Management: Manage the "Incoming Quality Control" (IQC) procedure to guarantee zero-defect material entry; assess and audit raw material suppliers.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use Pareto analysis and control charts to track production patterns in order to anticipate and stop possible changes in quality.
Team Leadership: Maintain strong departmental morale by managing shift schedules, performance reviews, and the supervision and training of a group of Quality Inspectors.
Required Skills:
Quality Frameworks: In-depth understanding of Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferable).
Technical literacy is the capacity to read and comprehend technical requirements, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and intricate engineering drawings.
Analytical Tools: Knowledge of advanced Excel or Minitab for trend analysis and data modeling.
Certified Internal Auditor designation or substantial experience dealing with external regulatory audits.
Leadership: Demonstrated capacity for team management and fostering cross-functional cooperation with the Production and Maintenance divisions.
Experience: 7+ yrs
