Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
CAM Programming: To create effective toolpaths for CNC lathes, VMC, and 5-Axis machines, use programs like Mastercam, SolidCAM, NX, or Delcam.
3D Model Analysis: Examine CAD models to choose the optimal machining plan, work-holding techniques, and order of operations.
Tooling Selection: Determine the best cutting instruments and compute exact speeds and feeds according to the characteristics of the material.
Post-Processor Management: Make sure the generated code is fully compatible with particular machine controllers by customizing and validating "Post-Processors."
Simulation and Verification: To find possible crashes, gouges, or ineffective air-cutting before the code reaches the machine, run "Digital Twin" simulations with programs like Vericut.
Process Optimization: To cut cycle times, enhance surface quality, and lower the total cost per part, continuously improve current programs.
