Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Take the lead in setting up, assembling, and testing new production equipment on-site to make sure it satisfies customer and factory specifications.
Using diagnostic instruments and technical documentation, troubleshoot complicated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to quickly restore machine functionality.
Preventive maintenance involves cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment as part of scheduled service agreements to avoid expensive unscheduled downtime.
Technical Training: Provide instruction to customer operators and maintenance teams on how to operate the equipment safely and effectively, including the fundamentals of daily maintenance.
Using Field Service Management (FSM) software, field reporters should record all service actions, including thorough explanations of issues, parts utilized, and time spent.
Customer relationship management: Assist clients in streamlining their production lines by offering expert guidance on machine replacements or upgrades.
Required Skills:
Technical Versatility: The ability to understand mechanical drawings, hydraulic circuits, and electrical schematics with ease.
Tool Proficiency: Able to use torque wrenches, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and precise leveling equipment with ease.
Solving problems: The capacity to function autonomously under duress to determine the underlying reasons for equipment failure.
Flexibility in travel: The ability to visit a variety of industrial sites on a large scale.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
