Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Implementation of Quality Standards: Create and uphold thorough Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with industry-specific or ISO standards.
Inspection & Testing Oversight: Use automated testing equipment and precise instruments to oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and completed goods.
Statistical Process Control: Track production performance, spot deviations, and anticipate any quality problems before they arise by using statistical tools.
Non-Conformance Management: Oversee the "Red Tag" or quarantine procedure, oversee the examination of product flaws, and approve choices about rework or scrap.
Root Cause Analysis: To find the cause of quality problems and put permanent corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) in place, facilitate 8D, Fishbone, or 5-Why studies.
Supplier Quality Management: To make sure raw materials fulfill specified technical requirements, audit outside suppliers and work with the procurement team.
Experience: 9 to 13 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
