Responsibilities:
Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic prototypes by soldering through-hole and surface-mount components in accordance with schematics.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Make sure electronic assemblies fulfill performance standards by conducting functional tests on them; record test results and note any discrepancies.
Component-Level Troubleshooting: Locate malfunctioning capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits, or transistors in complex circuits using diagnostic tools.
Calibration & Maintenance: To guarantee high-precision output, calibrate delicate measurement devices and maintain industrial machinery.
Reading Technical Documentation: Use engineering blueprints, wiring schematics, and intricate circuit diagrams to help with assembly and maintenance.
Soldering and Rework: Carry out precise manual soldering and desoldering, including wire harnessing and BGA rework.
Equipment repair involves fixing or replacing malfunctioning electronic parts in a variety of systems, including industrial PLC modules, power supply, and communication devices.
Required Skills:
Technical Tooling: Proficiency with oscilloscopes, heat guns, multimeters, soldering irons, and signal generators.
Schematic literacy: capacity to comprehend and convert circuit schematics into actual physical assemblies.
Hand-Eye Coordination: Outstanding dexterity for handling fine wire and tiny parts.
Basic Programming: Knowledge of firmware flashing and microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32) is advantageous.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
