Responsibilities:
Parametric 3D Modeling: Use Creo Parametric to create high-fidelity 3D components and assemblies, emphasizing strong parent-child relationships to guarantee design stability.
Top-Down Assembly Design: To guarantee smooth component integration, manage intricate product structures with Skeleton models and Data Sharing tools.
Drafting and Detailing: To ensure clarity for the shop floor and quality teams, create standardized 2D production drawings with thorough GD&T application.
Mechanism & Kinematic Analysis: To simulate motion, define mechanical joints and limitations while examining range-of-motion limits and interferences.
Sheet Metal & Casting Design: Create parts tailored to production processes using specialized Creo modules, such as flat pattern development and draft analysis for cast or molded parts.
Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Make sure that parts are economical to create by optimizing designs for CNC machining, additive manufacturing, or assembly.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
