Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Use social media, job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), employee recommendations, and headhunting to proactively find possible candidates.
Requirement Analysis: Work together with hiring managers and department heads to identify technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Screening and Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, wage expectations, and cultural fit, conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews between the recruiting panel and candidates, making sure that everyone is aware of the procedure.
Negotiation & Offer Management: To ensure internal equity and competitiveness in the market, oversee the pay negotiation process and draft formal offer letters.
Employer branding: Manage the company's "Life at" social media presence to draw in passive talent; represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruitment activities.
Required Skills:
Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, control circuits, and three-phase power.
Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to lead a group and organize work under duress.
Problem Solving: Outstanding aptitude for deciphering intricate electrical schematics and locating errors in extensive systems.
Communication: The capacity to communicate technical electrical concepts to junior employees and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Best in the Industries
