Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Finding applicants using social media, job portals, and recommendations. handling the application tracking system (ATS) and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the exit interview process for departing employees, gathering required paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions for new hiring.
Employee Records Management: Ensuring data correctness in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by maintaining and updating both digital and physical personnel files.
Employee engagement: Organizing and carrying out team-building exercises, celebrations, and office events to promote a positive workplace culture
HR generalist responsibilities include answering questions from employees about corporate policy, perks, and leave management.
Documentation: Writing formal documents, such as warning notifications, experience certificates, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Compliance: Helping the HR Manager make sure the business complies with internal audit standards and regional labor legislation.
Required Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity to establish rapport and manage delicate personnel matters with compassion.
Communication: Proficient in both written and spoken English and regional languages.
Organizational Capability: Excellent at multitasking and setting priorities for urgent HR administrative work.
Tool Proficiency: Basic understanding of HRIS software and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
