Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: To find new company prospects, cold call prospective clients from a given database.
Product Presentation: Use a planned sales pitch to clearly explain to potential customers the features, advantages, and cost of goods or services.
Handling Objections: Respond to client complaints and "push-backs" in a professional manner, offering strong rebuttals to seal the deal.
Target Achievement: Regularly reach or surpass call volume requirements and daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
CRM Management: Accurately record calls, customer comments, and follow-up appointments in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Market research: During phone conversations, learn about consumer preferences and rival products to give the marketing team input.
Follow-up: To advance interested prospects along the sales funnel, give them prompt follow-up calls.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
