Your Duties:
Strategic Planning: Create and implement annual operating plans and long-term production strategies to achieve business growth goals.
Budget & Cost Control: To guarantee the highest return on investment, manage the department's profit and loss (P&L), keeping an eye on capital expenditures (Capex) and operating expenditures (Opex).
Capacity Planning: To make sure the factory can meet future demand without bottlenecks, forecast manpower and machine requirements based on sales predictions.
Operational Excellence: Integrate Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work together with procurement and logistics to guarantee a consistent supply of raw materials and prompt delivery of completed items.
Technology Integration: To improve competitiveness, assess and apply Advanced Manufacturing technologies like Automation, Industrial IoT (IIoT), or ERP upgrades.
