Your Duties:
Circuit Assembly & Soldering: Using both Through-Hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering techniques, assemble electronic systems and prototypes according to schematics.
Testing and Calibration: To confirm circuit functioning, use diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and function generators.
Troubleshooting: On a printed circuit board (PCB), locate and replace any defective resistors, capacitors, transistors, or integrated circuits.
Help engineers create "breadboard" or "perfboard" prototypes to test new circuit designs prior to mass manufacturing.
Schematic Interpretation: To comprehend signal routes and voltage requirements, read and analyze intricate electronic circuit designs and wiring looms.
Quality Assurance: Make sure completed items fulfill safety regulations and performance benchmarks by conducting thorough functional testing.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance on test fixtures and electronic production equipment.
