Responsibilities:
On-Site Maintenance: Visit manufacturing facilities to carry out regular maintenance and urgent repairs on industrial equipment.
Installation and Commissioning: Assemble and "prove out" new equipment at the client's location, making sure it is accurately calibrated to meet their production requirements.
Fault Diagnosis: To determine the underlying cause of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults, employ testing equipment and software.
Technical Training: To prevent future equipment damage, teach the client's employees how to operate machines and perform basic maintenance.
Service Reporting: To guarantee complete transparency for the client and the business, keep precise records of the work completed and spare parts utilized.
Required Skills:
Technical expertise includes a solid understanding of electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
Hands-on Repairs: Expertise with multimeters, diagnostic software, and specialized hand tools.
Problem Solving: The capacity to act fast and come up with secure, workable solutions in the face of a halted production line.
Customer service: Excellent communication abilities to control client expectations and simplify complicated technological problems.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Best in the Industries
