Responsibilities:
Process Standardization: To guarantee consistent production cycles and adherence to requirements, create and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Inspection & Testing: Create sampling strategies and use precise tools to do thorough testing on raw materials, in-process components, and final goods.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): To stop recurrence, look at product failures or production variances using techniques like Fishbone diagrams or the Five Whys.
Supplier Quality Management: Verify that incoming materials fulfill the necessary quality requirements by auditing and assessing suppliers.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Track production performance and spot patterns that can result in flaws by using statistical methods.
Compliance and Auditing: Oversee internal audits and create paperwork for external certifications.
Oversee the calibration and upkeep of all measurement and testing apparatus.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
