Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Product Design & Modeling: Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) to produce intricate 3D models and 2D technical drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Structural and Thermal Analysis: To model how designs respond to heat, stress, and vibration, use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
Manufacturing Support: Create tools, fixtures, and jigs to expedite the manufacturing process and give the production crew technical direction.
Prototyping and Testing: Construct and evaluate tangible prototypes to verify design hypotheses and carry out failure mode and consequences analysis to pinpoint possible hazards.
System Integration: Manage the automation and robotics process by integrating mechanical systems with electrical and electronic components.
Maintenance and troubleshooting: To reduce downtime, identify mechanical issues with industrial machinery and put preventative maintenance plans into place.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
