Experience: 5 to 6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Fitter, Machinist, Turner, CNC, Mechanical)
Job Location: Chennai
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities :
Independently operate CNC Lathe / VMC / HMC machines
Handle complete job setup, tool setting, and offset setting
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Monitor production, ensure quality, and reduce rework
Inspect components using precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot machine issues and support maintenance activities
Guide and support junior operators and trainees
Follow safety standards and achieve production targets
Required Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in CNC machine operations
Good knowledge of G-codes & M-codes
Sound understanding of machining processes and tolerances
Ability to work independently and in shifts
Eligibility :
5–6 years of relevant CNC experience
Immediate joiners preferred
