Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive with 4–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support strategic HR initiatives at our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee lifecycle management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
Oversee employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, and labor law requirements
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Lead employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
Guide and mentor junior HR team members
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws
Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and compliance
Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and documentation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–7 years of relevant HR experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT / Manufacturing / Corporate HR environments
Exposure to audits, HR analytics, and policy drafting
Leadership and team-handling experience
