Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordination
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
Support payroll processing and leave management
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with payroll coordination
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in IT / Corporate HR environment
