Job Description:

Manage complete ESI statutory compliance activities

Handle ESI registration, returns, and challan payments

Coordinate and attend ESI inspections, audits, and notices

Maintain accurate ESI records and statutory documentation

Coordinate with HR, payroll teams, and government authorities

Resolve employee ESI-related issues

Guide and support junior HR / compliance staff

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of ESI laws and statutory compliance

Experience in handling ESI portal, audits, and inspections

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws

Education:

Any Graduate (HR / Commerce preferred)
