The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong process knowledge, and leadership abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle escalated international customer calls and complex service requests
Manage email, chat, and backend processing tasks
Guide and mentor junior semi-voice executives
Ensure quality standards, SLAs, and process compliance
Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation
Support team leads and managers in achieving performance targets
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong experience in international semi-voice BPO processes
Expertise in CRM and ticketing tools
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification :
Any graduate or undergraduate
6+ years of experience in BPO international semi-voice process
