We are hiring an experienced BPO International Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle complex international customer interactions involving both voice and non-voice support. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and solid experience in international semi-voice operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally
Manage customer queries through email and chat support
Perform backend processing, documentation, and data updates
Handle escalations and complex service requests
Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets
Support junior team members when required
Follow international compliance and process standards
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong experience in international semi-voice process
Good computer knowledge and typing skills
Experience with CRM and ticketing tools
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification :
Any graduate or undergraduate
4–5 years of experience in BPO international semi-voice process
