We are hiring a highly experienced Senior BPO International Non-Voice Process Executive to manage complex non-voice operations such as email, chat, and backend processing for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, deep process knowledge, and leadership abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle complex and escalated customer queries via email and chat
Manage backend operations and ensure process accuracy
Guide and support junior non-voice executives
Ensure quality standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements
Maintain reports, documentation, and performance metrics
Work closely with team leads and managers to improve process efficiency
Required Skills :
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong experience in international non-voice BPO processes
Expertise in CRM and ticketing tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification :
Any graduate or undergraduate
6+ years of experience in BPO international non-voice process
