We are hiring a highly experienced Senior BPO International Voice Process Executive to manage complex customer interactions, escalations, and support team operations for international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle escalated inbound and outbound calls for international customers
Resolve complex customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Guide and support junior international voice executives
Ensure quality standards, compliance, and SLAs are met
Maintain accurate call records and reports
Assist team leads and managers in achieving performance targets
Required Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong experience in international voice processes (US/UK/AU)
Escalation handling and customer retention skills
Good knowledge of CRM and ticketing tools
Ability to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification :
Any graduate or undergraduate
6+ years of experience in BPO international voice process
