Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
Resolve complex customer issues and escalations
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Support junior team members when required
Follow international compliance and process standards
Required Skills :
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Strong customer handling and escalation management skills
Proven experience in international voice process (US/UK/AU)
Good computer knowledge and CRM tools
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification :
Any graduate or undergraduate
4–5 years of experience in BPO international voice process
