Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain call records and update customer details in CRM systems
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Follow international process guidelines and compliance standards
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Experience in international voice process (US/UK/AU)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM exposure
Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts
Qualification:
Any graduate or undergraduate
2–3 years of experience in BPO international voice process
