Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Required Skills:
Strong written communication skills in English
Good typing speed and computer knowledge
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to work in shifts and meet targets
Qualification:
Any graduate or undergraduate
2–3 years of experience in BPO domestic non-voice process
