Follow company policies and call handling procedures
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM systems
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
Qualification:
Any graduate or undergraduate
2–5 years of experience in BPO domestic voice process
