Responsibilities:
Assembly & Integration: Put electronic systems and prototypes together using technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Testing and Calibration: Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to conduct functional testing on PCBs and electronic assemblies to make sure they fulfill performance requirements.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Locate and fix hardware flaws at the component level, such as defective integrated circuits, resistors, and capacitors.
Soldering & Rework: Complete delicate PCB rework, wire harnessing, and high-precision Through-Hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) soldering.
Quality Documentation: To facilitate ongoing quality improvement, accurately record test findings, maintenance logs, and failure reports.
Preventive Maintenance: To guarantee operational preparedness and safety, maintain and calibrate manufacturing tools and lab equipment.
Required Skills:
ability to read and comprehend PCB layouts and electronic schematics.
strong practical knowledge of soldering equipment and desoldering stations.
knowledge of electronic testing devices.
fundamental knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
