Responsibilities:
Quality Planning: Develop and manage Control Plans, FMEA, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Process Control: Monitor production stability using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools like Control Charts and Capability Analysis. Metrology & Inspection: Oversee the calibration of measuring instruments and conduct Gauge R&R studies to ensure measurement system accuracy.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into internal non-conformities and customer complaints using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagrams.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
Supplier Quality: Evaluate supplier performance and manage Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) to ensure high-quality raw material input.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Core Tools.
Proficiency in statistical software and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GD&T.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and material specifications.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
