This role involves reading blueprints, preparing metal surfaces, and executing clean, structurally sound welds on various materials (primarily steel and aluminum). The focus is on achieving high-quality beads with minimal spatter while adhering to strict safety and production timelines.
Key Skills:
Process Mastery: A thorough comprehension of the MIG/GMAW procedure.
Use of Tools: Mastery of plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and measuring tapes.
Basic understanding of how various metals respond to heat is known as metallurgy.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI Graduation
