Job Description
Responsibilities:
Quality Standards: Adhere to industry standards when maintaining and updating the Quality Management System (QMS).
APQP/PPAP: Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning procedure for the introduction of new products, which includes providing the client with the Production Part Approval Process paperwork.
Metrology: Perform gauge R&R research and supervise the calibration of measuring devices.
Incoming and Outgoing Inspection: Establish the standards for both final product validation and raw material inspection.
CAPA: Take corrective and preventive measures to make sure that problems are not repeated.
Lean/Six Sigma: Use DMAIC or Kaizen techniques to spearhead "Zero Defect" efforts and cost-cutting projects.
Customer Liaison: Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients with questions about audit requirements or quality concerns.
Soft Skills:
Analytical rigor: The capacity to decipher complicated data and identify hidden trends.
Assertiveness: The guts to halt a production line when quality requirements are not being fulfilled.
Communication: The capacity to inform non-technical parties about technical malfunctions.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Best in the Industries
