PPC Engineer Production Control for Optimal efficacy
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Master Production Schedule (MPS): Create and update the MPS using solid orders and sales projections.
Capacity Planning: Determine bottlenecks and make sure the production plan is feasible by analyzing machine and labor capacity.
Inventory control: Keep an eye on WIP and raw material levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
Coordination of Procurement: Create purchase requests and work with the Purchase division to guarantee "Just-In-Time" delivery of commodities.
Expediting: To bring the timetable back on track, find manufacturing line delays and take corrective action.
Data analysis: Create MIS reports on rejection rates, plan vs. actual deviation, and production efficiency.
Lean Manufacturing: To reduce waste in the production process, apply Lean techniques like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Immediate Joiner Mostly Preferred
