Process Observation: To comprehend manufacturing workflows, cycle times, and machine capabilities, learn about and keep an eye on production lines.
Documentation: Help with the creation and upkeep of material consumption records, Daily Work Reports (DWR), and production reports.
Documentation of Defects: Keep track of non-conformities and support senior quality engineers with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Standards Compliance: During daily inspections, become familiar with and implement industry standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
Preventive Maintenance: To guarantee zero breakdowns, help the maintenance team with regular machine inspections and lubrication programs.
CAD Drafting: Use programs like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CREO to create or modify 2D/3D models in order to assist the design team.
