The quest of integrated post-molding assembly solutions and highly automated, flexible production cells will determine the future of polymer manufacturing. In order to guarantee speed-to-market and faultless integration of moulded components into finished products, the Assistant Manager's role is developing into a crucial leader who supports digital workflow optimisation, lean assembly concepts, and collaborative robots.
Desired Outcomes:
You will be in charge of overseeing and managing the assembly production area on a daily basis, including secondary, semi-automated, and manual processes. It will be essential that you have experience with labour management, line balance, executing 5S and Kaizen activities, and resolving assembly quality faults specific to moulded parts. You will keep an eye on important KPIs like Throughput Rate and DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) to make sure that safety regulations and job instructions are being followed. The quality of the finished product, labour productivity, and delivery timelines will all be directly impacted by your leadership.
Experience: 6 to 9 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
