Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
What You will do:
Set Up and Operate: You will prepare and set up CNC machines, loading raw materials, installing and aligning tools, and adjusting machine offsets to begin production runs.
Program and Edit: You will read and interpret technical documents and blueprints, upload CNC programs, and make necessary program edits and adjustments at the machine control panel to ensure specifications are met.
Ensure Quality: You will perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet tight dimensional and surface finish tolerances.
Maintain Performance: You will monitor the machine during operation, troubleshoot basic issues, replace dull or broken tooling, and perform routine preventative maintenance to maximize machine uptime.
Champion Safety: You will strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including LOTO, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
